The reactive power regulator RGT-12SVC (TENSE) is a fully automatic device for optimal switching of compensation stages.
Digital processing of values measured by the controller ensures high precision in the evaluation of effective value of voltage, current and power factor.
Installation of the device is fully automatic - the controller itself detects the size of the connected compensation stages. These parameters can also be entered manually.
The controller switches the compensation stages on and off so that the control of reactive power is carried out with a minimum number of connections. At the same time, the controller takes into account the even loading of the different stages and gives priority to switching on those that have been switched off the longest and where the residual charge is minimal. During the control, a continuous check of the compensation stages is carried out - interruptions and value changes are detected, temporarily removed stages are tested periodically and can possibly be reintroduced into the control process.
